The responsibilities of the Student Registry include enrolment, registration, progression, assessment results, awards and conferment; maintaining student and staff timetables; examination scheduling; co-ordinating student feedback systems and programme committees; student attendance monitoring; and issuing various college documents and letters (eg. council tax exemption).
The office is organised into four teams who support the Student Records; Student Assessment & Awards; Student & Staff Timetabling; and Student Statistical Analysis & Immigration processes respectively. Contact details for programme specific enquires can be found in the relevant Programme Handbook.
If you have lost or require another certificate and your awarding body is either Regent's University London or the Open University, you will need to request a form from email@example.com.
It will take up to a month to process and is then sent back to the University.
